Quality Control

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Quality Control. The primary responsibility of the Quality Control Auditor is to inspect production work, identify quality concerns, document issues, and ensure all processes are being followed correctly. This person acts as a support resource for operators, sorters, supervisors, and production teams by helping maintain accuracy and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Location: Bolingbrook, IL Schedule: 3AM-3PM Alternating schedule Pay Rate: $18/hour

• Inspect printed and mailed materials to ensure quality standards, client specifications, and USPS regulations are met
• Identify defects, print issues, missing inserts, addressing errors, and machine-related problems during production
• Report quality concerns in the DirectLink QC system and provide feedback to employees and supervisors
• Maintain accurate records of production errors, deficiencies, reprints, and on-time delivery performance
• Support process improvements by helping identify root causes of recurring production issues

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to read technical instructions and learn USPS mailing regulations and client requirements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and wearing PPE as needed
