Your Impact: Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
- Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
- Guide agents to support delivery
- Work collaboratively and communicate clearly, teaching complex concepts and applying prescriptive thinking across various levels of a client organization
- Identify and proactively manage risk areas and drive issues to complete resolution
- Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners
- Review and adjust project direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and ensure solutions are extendable and maintainable
- Drive a program vision and articulate program/project strategies to enable technologies including the Salesforce platform
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies
- 3+ years experience in Consumer Goods with practical CG cloud experience and understanding of Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management
- Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform
- Experience delivering agentic delivery with AI toolchains (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud, etc.)
- Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape and delivering comprehensive solutions
- Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed designs
- Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow tools, UML, and sequence diagrams
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate rationale to various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop materials suitable for diverse audiences
- Team player with experience in large-scale/enterprise implementations involving multiple work streams
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate with people in diverse roles
- Resourceful and innovative thinker who can solve problems
- Travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline; equivalent work experience considered
- Proven results delivering high-value outcomes using agile approaches
- Proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories
- Relevant Salesforce certifications & Accreditations (CG Cloud, REX Accreditation)
- Consulting experience is strongly recommended

Salary and Benefits
The typical base salary range for this position is $150,100 - $227,000 annually. This range represents base salary only and does not include bonuses, equity, or benefits. Salary specifics may vary by location and are discussed with your recruiter during the hiring process.
