Structured Finance - Structured Credit & CLOs, Senior Analyst (Chicago)

Senior Analyst in Fitch Ratings' Structured Credit group in Chicago analyzes CLO ratings using proprietary models to support timely, insightful credit assessments. You will lead rating conclusions, present to the credit committee, and draft rating action commentary. The role is collaborative and client-focused, contributing to recurring and special research publications. You help move markets by delivering forward-looking, independent credit opinions and insights that inform debt capital markets decisions.

• Analyze CLO ratings using proprietary models
• Prepare and present rating conclusions to the credit committee
• Draft rating action commentary reports
• Contribute to recurring and special research publications

• Bachelor or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
• At least three years in the financial industry, with preference for CLOs or Structured Finance
• Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
• High level of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
• Ability to communicate complex subjects accurately and succinctly
• Interest in capital markets and structured finance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; programming knowledge is a plus but not required
