Summary: BOUNTE is hiring a part-time Sales Representative, paid hourly plus commission, to drive new business and grow revenue within existing accounts across hospitality, aviation, and gaming. This role works Tuesday through Thursday, can be remote or in-office for local candidates, and offers a clear path to a full-time position. Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Make outbound sales calls to hotels, resorts, airports, and casino properties to generate new business Book and run discovery calls and demos, and move opportunities through the pipeline to close Follow up consistently by phone and email to keep deals moving Book of Business Own and manage an assigned book of business, including prospects and active opportunities Keep a healthy, accurate pipeline and forecast Account Growth and Cross-Selling Work within existing accounts to identify new opportunities Cross-sell additional BOUNTE products and modules, such as Parcel Tracking, to current customers Expand relationships across properties within hotel groups and management companies Lead Generation Co-develop targeted lead lists with leadership by market, brand, and property type Research prospects and identify key decision makers Tools and Reporting Log all calls, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce Create and maintain proposals, call notes, and sales materials in Google Docs Qualifications Confident, professional phone presence and comfort with high-volume outbound calling Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a pipeline independently Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets Availability Tuesday through Thursday Hospitality industry experience (major plus): knowledge of hotel operations, brands, and management companies5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
