Position: Inside Sales Supervisor

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Pay: $60k/year + Commission

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire


Greene Resources isseekingto hire an Inside Sales Supervisor who willbe responsible forsupervising and organizing our sales team. You will be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, andfacilitatingthe ongoing training of your salespeople.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities(includebut are not limited to):

  1. Trains andcoachesa team of sales agents, collaborating with sales managers and program managers.
  2. Organizes and oversees theschedulesand performance of sales agents.
  3. Conducts performance evaluations that aretimelyand constructive.
  4. Handles discipline and termination of employeesin accordance withcompany policy.
  5. Provides leadership to the sales team.
  6. Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met.
  7. Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records andreports.
  8. Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales
  9. operations.
  10. Collaborateswith executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  11. Uphold employee compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications,Skills, and Requirements:

  1. Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with a proventrack recordof coaching, developing, and motivating sales teams.
  2. Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate expectations and provide feedback.
  3. Demonstrated sales and customer serviceexpertise, with the ability to drive performance toward targets.
  4. Conflict resolution and problemsolving skills for handling customer issues, staffing concerns, and operational challenges.
  5. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Timemanagement and prioritization skills to balance coaching, team performance, and operational responsibilities.


Education, Training, and Experience:

  1. Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 24 years of management experience, ideally in a salesdriven environment.
  3. Experience overseeing a sales team, including setting goals,monitoringperformance, and conducting evaluationsstrongly preferred.
  4. Experienceusing sales reporting tools or CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot,Power BI,or equivalent)strongly preferred.
  5. Experience handling employee relations issues, including coaching, discipline, and documentation, in alignment with company policy.
  6. Current Health Insurance Producer Licensepreferred, or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeline.
