We pick a few businesses, go deep, and stay in the work after the wire clears. The Job We're raising our flagship fund. You're here to help us hit the number. That's the whole job. You report to the President and Managing Partner. You build the pipeline, run the meetings, and close. You turn $1M LPs into $5M LPs. You get on planes, because capital doesn't come to us. Who We Want You've raised real money for private funds. Even better, you helped a manager go from about $150M to $1B. Your network is yours, it's warm, and it writes checks this quarter.
