Major Duties & Responsibilities: • Verify and process all café unit invoices through SAP system • Monitor/maintain Abbvie & Contract employee's schedules, attendance and payroll • Accountable for production, quality, safety, portion control and appearance of all food and beverages served. • Manage all areas of the operation to ensure successful financial results in order to meet annual budget guidelines. • Responsible for all administrative, operational and fiscal tasks. • Expedite all personnel issues and corrective counseling. • Responsible for all ordering related to the operations. • Administer all Performance Evaluations, assist employees in developing measureable goals & growth plans for the future development. • Enforce & monitor all cash handling guidelines. • Ensure all foodservice, LERN & ISOtraining modules are completed and documented. • Tactfully handle guest concerns/issues while striving to meet their expectations - from all levels of the organization as well as vendors, suppliers & government/state inspectors. • Involvement in large catering and high profile events. • Effectively communicate all pertinent information/issues with employees, Section Managers and/or Operations Manager. • Embody a positive and empowering management style in order to cultivate a positive work environment. • Assure all policies, procedures and guidelines are consistently followed for Abbvie Foodservice • Accountable for the maintenance of facilities & equipment in order to ensure a safe work environment. Compliance with EHS Safety practices. • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned. • Foodservice Management Degree or Certification and or 5-10 years' experience of Foodservice Management • Previous management experience • Strong Foodservice operation knowledge • Proven track record of success - Financial, Guest Service and Performance • Adaptability to additional projects and assignments. • Proactive team player with strong leadership and organizational skills • Excellent guest service skills • Self-motivated and open minded to creating a successful satellite unit. • Sanitation Certification read more
