Human Resources Business Partner

About the Opportunity

Dexter is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support and serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees. This position provides strategic direction and tactical oversight for human resources functions for the component (Upfit) facilities within Dexter. This role blends hands-on execution with process improvement across employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, benefits, compensation support, and HR operations.

This HR Business Partner will promote the company's vision, mission, cultural principles, and commitment to safety through maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements, demonstrated actions and communications among multisite locations.
