Human Resources Business Partner

IPMG is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support assigned departments and serve as the primary HR resource for multi-state employees. This role partners closely with leaders to drive initiatives aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Core Values while ensuring compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth. The position also oversees multi-state benefits and leave administration to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders, supporting employee relations, performance management, and hiring
• Provide guidance on HR policies, coaching, and compliance across multiple states
• Administer multi-state benefits and leave programs, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Manage employee concerns, investigations, and workplace issues
• Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational growth efforts
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and strict confidentiality

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or other related field OR equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of human resources related experience
• Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment and leave laws
• SHRM/PHR credentials or the ability to obtain within one year
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Work Environment & Schedule

• On-site role with hybrid eligibility after 6 months
• Occasional travel may be required
