The DCS Case Facilitator operates under supervision of the Child and Adolescent Associate
Director. As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, primary job duties include support
and coordination for families in crisis as a result of DCS involvement through comprehensive case
management and community resource connections. This role focuses on enhancing family
stability and well-being by employing evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will possess
strong interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to fostering resilience and self-sufficiency in
families.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
Complete state training within 18 months of hire.
Experience: A minimum of 2 or more years of one or combination of the following experience
