Location: Indiana

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; one provider per day works 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; call response time 30 minutes
Setting: Hospital based coverage (independent CRNA practice; MD on site with little to no supervision)
EMR: Epic
Travel and Lodging: Yes
Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage for a high volume mix of OR, endoscopy, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, and OB cases. Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required.
Practice Details
Approximately 250 deliveries per year noted.
C sections are performed in the main OR.
VBACs are performed; no high risk OB noted.
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana CRNA license.
Case logs required, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
American Heart Association certifications listed include ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
Credentialing
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 to 90 days (temps may be available with a clean file).
