About the Clinician's Workday The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care for adults during Monday-Friday day shifts with 36 patient-facing hours and no call requirements. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management within a collaborative, patient-centered environment supporting strong work-life balance. The clinician will practice in a growing service line focused on effective community-based mental health treatment delivery. The position involves managing 14-16 patients per day using electronic documentation systems.
