Jobot is seeking a Hospital Surgery Supplies Coordinator to support our healthcare client by ensuring surgical teams always have the right supplies at the right time. In this on-site role, you’ll manage OR inventory, track usage and expirations, and coordinate orders with vendors using hospital materials management systems. You’ll partner closely with nurses, surgeons, and sterile processing to prevent stockouts, improve accuracy, and support compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. This position offers growth in a collaborative, tech-forward environment focused on performance and continuous improvement. Oversee daily inventory of surgical supplies, implants, and instruments for OR and procedural areas. Monitor par levels, usage trends, and expiration dates to ensure accurate, ready stock. Place and track purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve vendor or shipment issues. Collaborate with OR nurses, surgeons, and sterile processing to forecast needs and prevent stockouts. Maintain accurate records in hospital materials management and ERP systems. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Support new product evaluations, standardization, and cost-saving initiatives. Prepare reports on usage, spend, and inventory performance for leadership review. Participate in process improvement projects to streamline supply workflows and reduce waste.
