OPENLANE, a tech-driven leader in the automotive vehicles, parts, and service space, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across our Human Resources & Talent Management function. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders to define hiring needs, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver a standout candidate experience for roles spanning software, operations, and automotive expertise. In our forward-thinking, inclusive culture, you’ll use data, modern sourcing tools, and your market insight to shape hiring strategies that support rapid innovation and growth.
