Furniture Builder
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with one of our clients in the Knox, IN area.
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hr. (Based on experience, manufacturing skills, and longevity)
What You'll Do:
• Assist in the manufacturing of high-quality furniture products
• Perform upholstery, sanding, assembly, and packaging duties as assigned
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect products for quality and ensure customer specifications are met
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and craftsmanship
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time
What You'll Bring:
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, upholstery, or production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to meet production goals and deadlines
