Director of Nursing (Long Term Care) leading nursing operations for a 13-week travel assignment near Dodge City, Kansas. You will oversee nursing staff, develop care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents.

Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

Coordinate daily nursing department operations to maintain high-quality patient care.

Document resident care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
  
• RN license in Kansas.
  
• BLS certification.
  
• CPR certification.
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or nursing leadership roles.
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within specified hours.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
