Business Development Representative (Sales)

The Business Development Representative role is built for a true hunter who wants control over their income and the ability to build something of their own. You will drive revenue growth for an established wireless communications and two way radio provider with a compensation structure that rewards performance from day one. You start with a 60K base plus 5 percent commission, earning around 70K in year one while building your territory. As your pipeline and production grow, you transition into a higher earning structure with a 40K base and 15 percent commission, putting you in position to earn 150K or more in years two and three with no cap on income. This ramp to production model is designed to move you quickly into a true performance based role where effort directly drives earnings.
