The purpose of this role is to provide superior customer service and solution-oriented ideas for external customers and customer services teams, while maintaining efficient processes and managing risk associated with these processes.
-Complete all tasks and trainings before deadlines
-Learn and comply with all established CFSB policies, procedures, and standards
-Perform other duties as the Team Leader requests
-Work with the Federal Reserve Daily
-Assist RBs, CSC and Tellers with check orders and complete daily processing
-Pull RDA and Fed files daily
-Complete check orders
-Work autonomously
-Complete end of day processing of Image files and Cash Letter
