Finance Manager

As Finance Manager at JLL, you will own the day to day financial management of Dandenong Square, including budgets, outgoings, forecasts, cash flow and reporting. You'll partner with Centre Management to align finances with strategic objectives and provide clear, trusted insights to clients. You'll drive accuracy, compliance and timely financial commentary, supporting the centre's performance and growth. This role offers hands on impact within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

• Prepare and review month end reporting with variance analysis
• Control operating costs and communicate performance to Centre Management
• Deliver client financial reporting on a timely basis, including investor reports
• Assist in annual budgets and reforecasts aligned to business strategy
• Prepare Owner Remittances and manage fund remittance timing
• Coordinate with external auditors for outgoings audits and adjustments
• Compute rent components (percentage rent, incentives, abatements) and post related journals
• Present financial results to clients and maintain accuracy of reporting

• Proven experience in property accounting or retail property finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, variance reports and financial statements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters
• Excellent communication skills for non financial stakeholders and clients
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of IFRS and property management accounting principles
