This is a full-time, on-site Medical Assistant role based in Louisville, KY. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of clinical and administrative tasks, including assisting healthcare providers during patient examinations, managing medical records, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring excellent patient care. Key responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized medical office environment, updating patient information, and supporting medical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires adherence to privacy standards and delivery of compassionate care to all patients.

• Knowledge and skills in Medical Assisting, including patient care and clinical support.
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology to accurately understand and document clinical information.
• Experience in Medical Office operations, including administrative tasks and coordination.
• Competency in handling Medical Records securely and in compliance with regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with diverse patient populations.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant or relevant education/background in healthcare is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and HIPAA compliance standards is a plus.
