      • Provide outpatient and limited inpatient hematology and oncology care to adult patients
      • Manage an average of 22 patients per day, including new consults and follow-ups
      • Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
      • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
      • Engage in ongoing patient education and support
      • Participate in clinic and hospital rounds approximately 5% of the time
      • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standardsWhat You Need
        Required:
        
        • Kentucky medical license or eligibility, Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
        • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
        • Proficiency with EPIC EMR or similar systems
        • Strong communication and teamwork skills
          Preferred:
          
          • Experience in outpatient clinical settings
          • Ability to adapt to collaborative healthcare environmentsAbout the Assignment
