Human Resources Business Partner

As HR Business Partner in Owensboro, you will support corporate functions, aligning workforce needs with business goals. You will partner with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance, development, and workforce planning, while coordinating with the HR team. The role combines hands-on HR support with strategic initiatives across locations, emphasizing discretion and timely issue resolution. You will help shape people strategies that sustain growth and compliance in a multi-location, fast-paced environment.

• Provide day-to-day HRBP support to assigned corporate functions and build strong relationships with leaders and employees.
• Serve as a local HR resource in Owensboro, autonomously managing HR matters with alignment to the HR Manager.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, development, organizational changes, and lifecycle matters, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Guide leaders and employees on HR policies and processes to ensure consistent application.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR team on talent, succession, and workforce planning
• Identify issues early, recommend next steps, and communicate themes or risks to HR leadership
• Maintain documentation and follow-through on HR activities and commitments
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives and handle confidential information appropriately
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or HR Generalist roles
• Experience partnering across employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and workforce planning
• Proven ability to balance business needs with people considerations and policies
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with limited oversight
