Chief Health Plan Compliance & Audit Leader (, KY, United States)

The French Group is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead the Compliance division for a growing multi-state health plan. Based near Ohio, Maryland or Indiana, the CCO will report to the CEO and drive strategic growth, oversight, and operational leadership of the program.

Key duties include developing and refining the Compliance Program, coordinating regulatory audits, and building a strong culture of compliance across all business units.
