Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of the security shift which provides safety and protects all patrons, employees and company assets.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesManagement abilities demonstrated in managing security operational effectiveness. Maintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel. Oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual. Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of shift.
Education And ExperienceTwo to five years' experience as a security guard or law enforcement agent with a 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred. Valid Racing License
