Finance Solutions - Digital Revenue Operations - Manager

In this role you drive the design and delivery of Zuora-based revenue operations consulting within PwC's Advisory practice. You lead multiple workstreams, mentor teams, and ensure timely, quality client outcomes across finance operations. You apply revenue recognition automation to optimize quote-to-cash and strengthen financial processes. You collaborate with client stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions and build enduring relationships. • Lead Zuora Quote-to-Revenue workstreams for clients and translate business needs into solution designs
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across finance operations and digital revenue initiatives
• Guide teams through analysis, implementation, testing, training, and post-launch support for Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, and Zuora Revenue
• Review functional/technical deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and data flows
• Coach junior team members and share product knowledge to build skills
• Develop client relationships by clarifying impacts and supporting revenue operations decision-making
• Apply revenue recognition automation to improve quote-to-cash processes and finance efficiency
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operating model performance

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience
• Zuora billing and revenue workflows in finance operations
• Experience managing digital revenue operations projects with client-facing teams
• Knowledge of order-to-cash and related system linkages
• Experience leading finance transformation and process improvement workstreams
• Mentoring and coaching ability
