Health Saviours is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Alexandria, Louisiana.Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel Must have experience with: -
  • Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps
  • Impellas
  • Post-op Cardiovascular surgeries
  • CRRT -REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: -RN license in state or employment -or Compact -BLS certification required from AHAACLS -certification required from AHAType of patients on the unit: DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, MIs, CABGs, Ventilators etc. It is a mixed cardiac and medical ICU. -Job Requirements: -Education/Skills
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, requiredExperience
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty requiredLicenses, Registrations, or Certifications
  • BLS required
  • Current ACLS certification required
  • RN License in state of employment or compactPosition Requirements: -Education/Skills
  • All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
  • New hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member and initial on-boarding requirements are validated through successful completion of the designated organizational entry competency validation and a Critical Care Department-specific competency validation.
  • Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.Experience
