Sr. HR Business Partner, NACF

As a Sr. HRBP on the NACF PXT team, you partner with leadership to shape talent strategy, culture, and organizational health at scale. You balance strategic insight with hands-on HR delivery, using data and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions and mitigate risks. You lead a diverse HR team, drive culture transformation, and align local leadership with centralized HR capabilities to deliver exceptional employee experiences. This role combines strategic design with practical execution in a fast-paced Amazon facility.

• Lead and develop a diverse HR team to become strategic partners and mitigate organizational risk
• Drive proactive risk management via early warning systems and data-informed insights
• Shape employee experience and organizational health with innovative HR practices
• Partner with business leaders to implement integrated talent strategies and succession planning
• Guide analytics and AI usage to identify patterns, inform decisions, and influence senior stakeholders
• Set and execute culture transformation goals and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
• Promote strategic adoption of HR technology while preserving high-touch support for sensitive matters

• Bachelor degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 5+ years of HR or equivalent experience (operations, customer service, retail, etc.)
• Experience making data-driven business decisions
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, investigations, training, talent management)
