About the Role
This role is central to our mission: helping injured clients win with excellence, integrity, and care—by running the litigation operating system behind every case.
We’re looking for a litigation paralegal who loves tools, clean workflows, tight documentation, and “nothing falls through the cracks” execution. Attorneys rely on you to protect deadlines, maintain perfect file integrity, and keep the case management system accurate so the team can move fast with confidence.
If you naturally think in terms of systems, templates, checklists, task queues, data integrity, and process improvements, you’ll feel at home here.
Experience & Training (Read This Twice)
Paralegal experience is a plus but not required. Success in this role isn’t determined by résumé lines—it’s determined by performance.
Whether you’re an experienced paralegal or coming from another fast-paced, detail-heavy environment, you can succeed here if you:
learn systems quickly
follow SOPs consistently
produce accurate, complete work
close loops without reminders
We provide training, templates, and step-by-step workflows. What matters is your ability to execute with precision and take ownership.
What You’ll Own (The Scorecard)
You will be successful here if, over time, you consistently deliver:
Zero missed deadlines (systems-driven deadline control)
Complete, audit-ready files (every key document where it belongs, correctly labeled)
Accurate case data in the case management system (no gaps, no “we’ll fix later”)
Litigation workflows that move forward without stalls (requests, follow-ups, and next steps tracked)
Clean communication + clean documentation (facts supported, proof attached, decisions recorded)
The Type of Person Who Thrives Here
You’ll likely do very well if you:
enjoy being the “systems person” others rely on
take pride in accuracy and completeness
like tools, templates, and structure
prefer clear standards and measurable output
stay emotionally steady under pressure
don’t need reminders to finish what you start
If this is you, we're excited to meet you!
