Business Development & Operations Manager

In this role you drive new business and oversee operations in the Gulf Coast, expanding opportunities in pipeline construction, maintenance, and marine services. You'll leverage industry relationships to fuel growth while collaborating with leadership on market strategies. You will serve as a bridge between customers and field teams, supporting estimating, planning, and execution to deliver projects. • Identify and develop new opportunities in pipeline construction, maintenance, repair, and replacement projects
• Build and maintain relationships with owner/operators, EPCs, contractors, and government agencies
• Leverage existing Gulf Coast contacts to generate opportunities across marine construction, pipeline services, and civil infrastructure
• Support estimating, project planning, and operational execution as needed
• Act as a liaison between customers and field operations
• Drive growth across marine construction, pipeline services, and civil infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with leadership to develop market strategies and expand customer relationships

• Business development, account management, operations management, or project management experience
• Strong network within the Gulf Coast energy, marine, pipeline, or civil construction markets
• Understanding of pipeline maintenance, repair, replacement, and construction projects
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and identify new revenue opportunities
