Business Transformation Consultant

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite in Boston, MA

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of professional work experience, including at least 3 years in strategic planning, business planning, and/or consulting
• Experience working on multiple Enterprise-wide, highly complex projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of large-scale transformations, strategic planning, and consulting practices, as well as experience within the healthcare field

• Recent Hospital experience required (within last 2-3 years if not current)

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree strongly preferred (MBA, MPH, MHA, MSW).
