Coinvest Finance Manager - Private Markets

• Lead accounting, operations, and financial oversight of coinvest partnerships
• Oversee cash management, capital calls, distributions, custody, reconciliations, compliance and valuation reporting
• Analyze complex investment transactions and evolving deal structures for allocations and liquidity events
• Coordinate with internal teams and support investor onboarding, policy administration, and investor reporting
• Identify process improvements and scale workflows using technology, automation, and AI
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and the evolution of the Coinvest platform
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team planning and leadership
• Oversee partnership reporting and coordinate with tax advisors on annual tax matters

• 6-8 years accounting experience in financial services with exposure to investment partnerships or private equity
• Strong understanding of partnership structures and investment operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High professionalism, ownership, and ability to handle confidential information
