Naval Power Finance Growth & Program Excellence Analyst

In this role you will support financial excellence for the Naval Power finance team, guiding growth and program controls across new capture, startup, and ongoing programs. You will collaborate with finance leadership to implement best practices, improve hand-offs from capture to startup, and standardize financial structures. You will work with cross-functional partners to scale processes and automation in a fast-growing portfolio, shaping how complex programs are financed and controlled. • Provide program controls and capture best-practice leadership for growth-focused initiatives
• Support centralized elements of Munitions Acceleration (MA) program capture and startup
• Contribute to NP program controls assessments and continuous improvement with automation and standard tools
• Serve as SME in NP finance startup community of practice; perform Independent Reviews and collaborate on common financial structures with ProStart and PMX
• Improve hand-offs of key financial items from capture to startup
• Partner with Product Line finance, PMX, and BPM to develop common playbooks for different program personas
• Expand network across program teams including DOD, FMS, DCS and other Raytheon Product Lines
• Occasional travel between MA states (Massachusetts, Arizona, Texas) as required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics with 8 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Financial controls or Financial Planning experience
• Experience with SAP, BW, PRISM, APEX EV, PM Tools or equivalent financial systems
• Ability to synthesize data sets and summarize insights for leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• U.S. citizenship is required
