Business Analytics Manager (Operations)

In this role you will partner with Operations to turn data into actionable insights that improve service, reduce costs, and speed decision-making. You'll shape data infrastructure and metrics, aligning operations with finance and vendor ecosystems across a global footprint. You'll lead analytics for cost-reduction initiatives, and ensure reliable data assets and definitions. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic roadmap work with cross-functional influence to drive measurable impact.

• Develop and drive the strategic analytics roadmap across the order lifecycle to uncover delays, cost drivers, and service gaps; translate findings into actions.
• Own operational metrics with cross-stakeholder alignment and bridge forecasting, spend tracking, and variance analysis between operations and finance.
• Lead analytics for quarterly cost-reduction initiatives (fulfillment COGS, freight, cost per contact) and partner with Finance on gross margin.
• Contribute to S&OP reviews and OKR check-ins; provide data to drive prioritization and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Membership Services, and Finance to improve accuracy, vendor accountability, and member experience.
• Work with Data Engineering to improve data pipeline reliability and access for key systems.
• Build and maintain trusted data assets and semantic definitions from pipelines to dashboards; ensure data quality.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of analysts with clear ownership and proactive problem identification.

• 6+ years in analytics, operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics in consumer business (eCommerce, hardware, CPG, or retail preferred)
• Experience managing or mentoring analysts
• Strong business judgment connecting operational data to cost, experience, and priorities
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels and switch contexts without quality loss
• Comfort presenting analytics to senior stakeholders and influencing strategic direction with data
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with dbt, Snowflake, or similar ELT/data warehouse platforms
