Senior Consultant, Strategic Business Development

In this role you will drive and coordinate AI program initiatives across Dell Services, partnering with IT, security, and business leadership to unlock value from AI deployments. You translate needs between global services and partner functions, removing blockers and enabling execution across multiple AI agent projects. You will help design governance, reporting rhythms, and change management as this function scales, while translating technical progress into business terms for senior stakeholders. This position offers a chance to shape how work gets done at Dell Services, supporting Dell's AI-native transformation and cross-functional collaboration.

• Translate needs to partner organizations (IT, Security, other Services Groups) and drive execution
• Coordinate planning and execution across multiple concurrent AI agent deployment projects
• Partner with leaders to reimagine work processes
• Work with IT and security to clear technical and organizational roadblocks (data access, governance, compliance)
• Establish governance, reporting rhythms, and change management practices for scale
• Translate progress into terms executives can act on to secure ongoing investment
• Influence progress across teams and leaders who do not report to you
• Maintain urgency and integrity in a fast-moving AI environment

• 15+ years in a related role with a Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with a Master's, or 8+ years with a PhD, or equivalent experience
• Track record of driving strategic progress in a large, complex organization across multiple business units
• Experience working with or alongside technical teams (software engineering, data science, AI/ML) in a non-hands-on role
• Proven success leading through influence, aligning cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to translate technical work to business terms
• Experience establishing new governance, reporting, or operating structures
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with IT, security, and data governance
• High sense of urgency and comfort with ambiguity
