Finance Learning & Development Senior Manager

In this role you will lead and develop a Finance Learning team to design, govern, and sustain Raytheon's finance training programs. You will align learning efforts with Raytheon and RTX strategy, improve onboarding and early-career development, and advance curriculum and change-management initiatives. You'll partner with Finance groups across the enterprise to close training gaps and harmonize processes, while communicating progress to senior leadership. This is a people-focused leadership role at the intersection of finance and learning, offering meaningful impact on capability and performance.

• Lead and develop a high-performing Finance Learning team (2 employees) for onboarding, quarterly training, curriculum development, and learning operations
• Drive the overall training strategy and oversee execution of all Raytheon Finance learning initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance SBUs and Functions to deliver critical training aligned with Learning Strategy
• Manage in-person Finance Critical Thinking programs across major sites (approx. 60 participants, 14 instructors)
• Coordinate Finance People Councils and serve as Training Support lead for committees
• Plan and publish quarterly Finance training end-to-end
• Coach and develop Instructors across Raytheon Finance and Business Process
• Oversee learning communications and learning metrics including surveys and reporting
• Govern content publishing across Finance Hub, Learning Matrix, and Finance Video channels
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and prepare for executive briefings when needed

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience
• Ability to travel for learning and leadership engagements
