General Manager | Bioprocess Sterility Solutions Mason Harding have exclusively partnered with a specialist manufacturer of sterile filtration and single-use fluid management solutions supporting the global biopharmaceutical and life sciences industry. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, mission-critical products used in regulated manufacturing environments, with an ambitious growth strategy backed by a larger global organisation. We're looking for a General Manager to lead a manufacturing site of approximately 80 employees , full P&L responsibility and oversight of matrix management team across operations, quality, engineering, supply chain and commercial performance . This is a high impact leadership role for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence and partnering with customers to deliver profitable growth. You'll have the autonomy to shape site strategy while working closely with executive leadership to support future expansion. We're particularly interested in speaking with leaders from bioprocess tools, sterile filtration, single-use technologies, life sciences manufacturing, process equipment, and pharmaceutical CDMO/CMO environments .
