GE Vernova seeks a GSI Portfolio Quality Leader to drive end-to-end quality across a global portfolio of grid, services, and integration projects. You will design and govern quality frameworks, define KPIs, and implement consistent processes to improve delivery performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Partnering with engineering, operations, and project teams, you’ll lead root cause analysis, standardize best practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards. This role is ideal for a data-driven quality leader passionate about enabling safe, reliable, low-carbon energy systems at scale. Define and govern portfolio-wide quality strategies, standards, and frameworks for grid and services initiatives Establish, track, and report quality KPIs and dashboards across projects and regions Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve systemic quality issues Standardize and document best practices, methods, and tools to improve delivery quality and reliability Partner with engineering, operations, and project management to embed quality in project lifecycle Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies Provide quality performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership Coach teams on quality mindsets, tools, and processes Quality management systems (QMS) Portfolio and program management Root cause analysis and corrective action (RCA/CAPA) Data analytics and KPI/dashboard development Process mapping and continuous improvement Risk assessment and mitigation Stakeholder and cross-functional leadership Regulatory and compliance standards in energy/utilities Change management Reporting and executive communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Lean Manufacturing or Lean Enterprise certification Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
