Associate Director, Business Operations, Quality Control

In this role you will lead the Global Quality Control (QC) business operations, governance, and portfolio management to enable disciplined execution and strategic alignment across the QC transformation portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to drive executive visibility, performance, and value realization while coordinating across QC, Supply Chain, Finance, CMC Digital, Quality, and Laboratories. You will own governance frameworks, roadmaps, and communication for strategic initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes. • Lead governance, operating cadences, and business planning for Global QC to enable disciplined execution
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to visualize portfolio health and risks
• Establish portfolio management processes to prioritize initiatives and align with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Finance and functional leaders to build business cases, investment analyses, and value realization plans
• Coordinate cross-functional planning across QC, Supply Chain, Engineering, CMC Digital, Quality, Facilities, and Site Leadership
• Prepare executive communications and strategic updates for governance forums
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and priorities to improve execution and outcomes
• Lead annual planning, objectives, resource planning, and operational reviews; manage Global QC roadmap including compliance and digital improvements
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and translate into ROI and efficiency gains

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• 8+ years in business operations, manufacturing, strategy, consulting, program management, or operational excellence in a manufacturing or life sciences setting
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, portfolio management processes, and executive cadences
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience in business cases, investment analyses, and value realization
• Experience developing executive presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrixed organization
• Pharmaceutical/biotech or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
