Licensed Psychologist

IBC is currently seeking licensed psychologists (PhD, PsyD, EdD) to join our expanding teams in Andover and Bedford MA. Clinicians have the flexibility to provide services in-office, via telehealth, or through a hybrid model.

We are seeking providers with some of the following experiences:

• Working with a broad range of clinical presentations
• Health psychology
• Integrated care, primary care, or pediatric settings
• Couples or family counseling
• Psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Evidence-based treatment modalities
• Building strong therapeutic rapport and maintaining a client-centered approach

Desired Qulaifications:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD, PsyD, or EdD)
• Independent licensure in Massachusetts
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical growth
• Strong collaboration and interdisciplinary communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $170,000
