Sr. HR Business Partner, Sub-Same Day (SSD)

As Senior HR Business Partner within the Sub-Same Day PXT team, you partner with leaders to shape talent, culture and risk-aware HR strategies at scale. You will blend strategic insight with hands-on coaching to elevate the HR function from operations to strategic partner, driving employee experience and organizational health. You'll lead with data-driven decisions, AI-enabled insights, and collaborative leadership to address systemic issues and future talent needs. This role offers impact across the organization, aligning local leadership with centralized support to deliver high-quality people experiences. • Lead and develop a diverse HR team to act as strategic partners and mitigate organizational risks
• Establish early warning systems and leverage data to proactively identify and address risks
• Shape and execute the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health
• Partner with business leaders to implement integrated talent strategies and succession planning
• Lead use of analytics and AI tools to reveal patterns, inform decisions, and influence stakeholders

• Drive strategic adoption of HR technology and maintain high-touch support for sensitive matters

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of HR or related experience
• Experience making data-driven business decisions
• Experience supporting employee-focused processes (onboarding, investigations, training, talent management)
