Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud databases (Azure SQL, Oracle Cloud). Additional Skills: Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks. Strong understanding of high availability solutions (Oracle RAC, AlwaysOn Availability Groups). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience: 10 years of experience in database design and architecture. Develop logical and physical data models for complex applications. Design schemas, tables, indexes, and relationships for optimal performance. Define data governance policies, standards, and best practices. Create database architecture roadmap aligned with business goals. Evaluate and recommend database technologies (Oracle RAC, SQL Server AlwaysOn, cloud solutions). Plan for high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery. Performance & Optimization: Design for query efficiency, indexing strategies, and storage optimization. Collaborate with DBAs and developers for performance tuning. Integration & Security: Define data integration strategies across systems and platforms. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. Work closely with application architects, business analysts, and DBAs.
