Inspect and sort chain components, prepare products for shipment, and support production-line operations. Duties include checking parts against specifications, loading and unloading sorting equipment, maintaining traceability, handling minor machine issues, completing required paperwork, and keeping the work area safe and orderly. Inspect chain and pins for dimensions, surface condition, and compliance with specifications. Prepare specified chain, apply barcodes, and package products for shipment. Feed plates and parts to assembly or sorting equipment and handle materials as needed. Load and unload sorting machines and address minor feeder or equipment issues. Maintain traceability, provide quality samples, and complete required machine paperwork. Keep work areas and equipment clean and follow safety requirements.
