Solution Advisory Senior Manager - Finance RP

In this role you build trusted relationships with market and industry leaders to shape pursuit strategies in Finance Transformation. You lead content development across offerings, geographies, and ecosystems, turning insights into compelling pursuit materials. You drive CFO engagement and ecosystem go-to-market to grow the pipeline. You collaborate with global teams to share best practices and advance the Finance RP function.

• Build trusted relationships with market, offering, and industry leaders across the Americas to shape pursuit strategies and generate opportunities
• Lead content development across offerings, industries, geographies, ecosystem partners, methodologies, and topics, creating new narratives where gaps exist
• Support priority pursuits with tailored messaging and client-ready materials while maintaining the Americas content repository
• Lead CFO engagement activities (CFO Labs, roundtables, early-stage opportunity development) to drive pipeline growth
• Support ecosystem go-to-market by developing partner-specific narratives and pursuit content
• Collaborate with EMEA and APAC Solution Advisory teams to share content, best practices, and pursuit learnings
• Partner with Americas leadership and the Global Solution Advisory Lead to prioritize initiatives and evolve the function

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years)
• Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm, or 14+ years of finance function experience (combination preferred)
• Bonus points for experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market strategy
• Deep experience in finance transformation
• Experience developing content, thought leadership, or analyst submissions
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar ecosystem partners
