In this Finance Manager role, you drive the F&I process to ensure compliant and smooth vehicle deliveries while growing profitability. You work closely with the General Manager to set and achieve F&I goals and maintain strong lender relationships. You'll upsell protection products and manage relationships with internal and external customers. • Support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure at vehicle deliveries
• Generate income through selling protection products (service contracts, maintenance plans)
• Benchmark dealership production goals with the General Manager to track F&I growth
• Maintain relationships with finance sources (lenders, manufacturers) for optimal internal and external customer outcomes

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
• Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads experience preferred
• Ability to process all retail deliveries and complete required paperwork
• Ability to lead sales staff to improve profitability and meet/exceed goals
• Basic MS Office knowledge; general computer, internet proficiency, and math skills
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree, preferred
