Business Strategy Senior Manager - Public Sector Experience Services

As a Business Strategy Senior Manager in Salesforce's Experience Services, you shape high-impact, enterprise-wide strategies that translate client ambitions into actionable multi-year programs. You collaborate with C-level stakeholders, delivery leaders, and partners to drive value, scale, and faster delivery for Public Sector engagements. You'll lead strategic discovery, roadmaps, and organizational adoption while applying AI tools to drive outcomes. This role blends thought leadership, cross-functional influence, and hands-on delivery to elevate customer success and practice growth.

• Provide business strategy SME input during sales and delivery, shaping program scope and value narrative
• Position and sell large enterprise engagements, collaborating across Salesforce to define scope, team, and pitch
• Identify and pursue future sales opportunities to sustain customer value
• Conduct customer and market research to identify needs and opportunities for outcome-focused improvements
• Lead assessments and workshops to develop future-state operating models and visions
• Translate pre-sales vision into an actionable Phase 0 roadmap for delivery
• Develop multi-year roadmaps prioritizing investments to meet business objectives
• Create strategic use cases projecting value and organizational impact
• Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration to adopt new operating models
• Collaborate with program management to embed value strategies into delivery and manage risks
• Coach and develop other strategists to deliver consistent results and support renewals
• Support building the Business Strategy capability within the Practice and contribute to internal knowledge

• Minimum 8 years in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements with large-scale transformation
• Go-to-market support experience including scoping, proposals, RFPs, and executive presentations
• Strong knowledge in Business Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, Agile, Governance, Experience Design, Change Management, or Value Realization
• Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience for Public Sector
• Proven Public Sector experience (e.g., Federal Civilian, Defense, State & Local, Nonprofit, Education)
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate value to executives
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide roadmap in ambiguous settings
• Willingness to travel up to 25-30% and U.S. citizenship with security clearance if required
