Leidos seeks a senior cyberspace operations planner to lead on-site planning support for USCYBERCOM. You will advise operational teams, develop and staff joint planning documents, support cyber targeting and planning groups, and coordinate cyberspace operations planning across mission partners. Provide subject matter expertise in joint cyberspace plans development and staffing. Lead daily contract site activities and advise USCYBERCOM staff. Support cyber targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration. Draft and staff operational plans, operational orders, and fragmentary orders. Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams and integrate cyber capabilities into plans. Coordinate cyberspace operations planning through IJSTO processes, including evaluation messages, SAP procedures, and RAPCO. Joint Planning Process (JPP) Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) Joint operational planning Operational plan and order development (OPLAN, OPORD, FRAGO) Cyber operations planning Cyber targeting Offensive and defensive cyberspace operations IJSTO coordination Cyber capabilities and infrastructure Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph; must be SCI eligible Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Level II Formal Department of Defense or Intelligence Community Cyber Operational Planner training Advanced service-specific planning school such as SAMS, SAWS, or JAWS (may mitigate planner experience requirement)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
