Director, Carey AI Services (Carey Business School)

As Director, Carey AI Services, you will lead the AI function to enhance operational effectiveness and support enrollment growth at Carey. You will translate leadership priorities into a strategic AI portfolio, drive roadmaps, and manage a small team delivering AI-enabled solutions across the school. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, ensure responsible AI adoption, and align initiatives with university governance and privacy standards. This role offers strategic influence, cross-functional impact, and a path to measurable business outcomes.

• Lead the AI portfolio: intake, prioritization, roadmap development, and lifecycle from pilot to production.
• Develop and implement divisional technology strategies and policies in alignment with university goals.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and risk management for AI initiatives.
• Partner with IT, Data & BI, Security, faculty, and operations to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Manage staff, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive adoption, AI literacy, and change management across departments.
• Establish success metrics, governance, and reporting for portfolio performance.
• Represent division in internal and external engagements and contribute to executive decisions.

• Bachelor's Degree; eight years of progressively responsible experience including three years in management/supervisory roles.
• Experience leading AI, ML, or advanced analytics initiatives; deployment from concept to production.
