We work 1:1 with each patient for 1 hour no techs and no double booking. Our primary objective is to provide quality patient-focused care.

About the Role: Our expansion to Unrivaled Fitness in Frederick, MD has been a great success and we are busier than ever! We are in need of a manual therapist who is passionate, driven, and communicative, and is also seeking a flexible work schedule that allows for work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable and achievable goals.
• Complete and submit initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and daily notes in a timely manner with billing practices that support our business model.
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient.
• Develop a good business relationship within the community through outreach and marketing efforts.
• Take payments at time of service and schedule patient appointments.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Certified in dry needling

Required Skills

• Advanced manual therapy training
• Good communication skills
• Empathetic
• Organized
• Comfortable using EMR

Preferred Skills

• Sports Medicine and Orthopedics
• Manual therapy

Pay range and compensation package:

• $65/hr
• 15-20 hours/wk minimum
• Profit sharing
• Continuing Education reimbursement
