Summary

As a Physical Therapist/Clinic Director, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. This position is essential in promoting recovery and improving the quality of life for individuals, while also contributing to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Provide hands-on therapy and rehabilitation techniques to promote recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises for home care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, manage scheduling, employee oversight and other Clinic Director related responsibilities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications and Schedule

• Licensed or in the process of becoming a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy principles.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
• Ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Must be available to work in Prince Frederick, MD. Monday - Friday some shifts 7 AM - 3 PM and 2 - 3 shifts 11 - 7 PM, each week. (No weekends)

• Annual Salary of $120,000 for a Physical Therapist/Clinic Director to treat in an Outpatient setting.
