Business Analyst / Scrum Master

As a Business Analyst / Scrum Master, you bridge operations, management, and an Agile development team to translate mission needs into deliverables. You'll shape requirements into epics, features, and user stories while supporting Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement. You'll analyze workflows, validate solutions with users, and ensure traceability from requirements to tests. The role blends business analysis with servant-leadership to enable mission success in a government context.

• Elicit and analyze operational and functional requirements
• Collaborate with planners, managers, SMEs, Product Owner, and end users
• Translate needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Analyze operational workflows and business rules
• Support demonstrations, UAT/UFL, and user validation
• Maintain requirements-to-story-to-test traceability
• Identify dependencies, blockers, and requirement conflicts

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business Management (or 4 years of equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of business, systems, or requirements analysis experience
• Experience supporting Agile software-development teams
• Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to translate operational needs into actionable software requirements
• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility
